The undersigned certifies this instrument to be true and correct. It is being submitted for the purpose of obtaining credit from Nash Oil Company, Inc. with the understanding that if credit is extended, all purchases, sales and settlements shall be subject to the approval of the Credit Department of Nash Oil Company, Inc. to contact references furnished in this application, or any other person of interest to make relevant investigation regarding applicant's credit and/or financial responsibility. All Information provides will be held in strictest confidence. Unless otherwise specified on the face of Nash Oil Company, Inc.'s invoices, terms of payment are COD/Net10 days from the date of invoice(if application is qualified). By placing the order, customer agrees that (unless otherwise agreed to by Nash Oil Co.,Inc. in writing), any amount outstanding at the end of 30 days are subject of interest at the rate of eighteen (18%) percent per annum, but not to exceed the maximum lawful rate which customer may contract with Nash Oil Company, Inc. In consideration of Nash Oil Co., Inc. giving and continuing to give credit to customer, the undersigned hereby unconditionally guarantees prompt payment when due at any existing and future indebtness and liability of any kind owed by the customer to Nash Oil Company, Inc. The undersigned hereby waives notice of acceptance of this guaranty and all such indebtness or liability, including any right to require Nash Oil Company, Inc. to sue or otherwise force payment thereof. In the event that it is necessary fro Nash to obtain services of any attorney to collect sums due hereunder. Buyer shall be liable fro reasonable attorney's fees. This guaranty is made and shall continue for any and all such indebted and liability incurred prior to receipt by Nash Oil Company, Inc. of notice of termination of this guaranty by the undersigned. I also give Nash Oil Company, Inc. permission to contact and have released information concerning my credit worthiness from the references listed above, as well as permission to check my individual credit history in connection with a business transaction involving the business making application.
